Shipping policy
At Mend & Co, we aim to dispatch orders from our warehouse as quickly as possible — usually within 2 business days of receipt. During high-demand periods, dispatch may take up to 4–5 business days.
Please ensure all delivery details entered at checkout are complete and accurate — including street number, unit or apartment number, and any required business information.
Mend & Co is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us as a result of an address error, you may be required to cover any non-recoverable shipping or redelivery costs before the order can be re-sent or refunded.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the link in that email.
